Refund policy

If something is not right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

1. Return Window. 7 days from the delivery date.
2. Eligibility. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Damaged, soiled, altered, or tag-missing items may not be accepted.
3. How to Start. Contact support@brokenwing.in or 82380 01872 within the window with your order number and reason.
4. Free Return Pickup. Free pickup on eligible returns and exchanges across serviceable PIN codes; otherwise we share a self-ship address and reimburse reasonable return shipping.
5. Refunds. After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. COD orders are refunded to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
6. Exchanges. Free size or product exchanges, subject to stock. For limited or numbered items, if a like-for-like exchange is unavailable you may choose a refund.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping charges paid.
8. Non-Returnable Situations. Declined if worn, past 7 days, or not meeting the conditions above. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
