Welcome to BROKEN WING. This website (brokenwing.in) is operated by BROKEN WING ("BROKEN WING", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Products & Availability. BROKEN WING sells streetwear apparel. Some products are produced in limited, numbered drops and are not restocked once the run ends. Other products are restocked from time to time. Availability is indicated on each product page. Product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
3. Pricing & Payment. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We accept UPI, RuPay, Visa, and Mastercard through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) with OTP verification across serviceable PIN codes. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel or refund affected orders.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation. Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. Cancel before dispatch via support@brokenwing.in or 82380 01872. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Shipping / 6. Returns & Refunds. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property. The BROKEN WING name, logo, designs, and prints belong to BROKEN WING; no reproduction without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use. No unlawful use, unauthorised access, or interference with the site.
9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Indemnity. You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. Laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vyara, Gujarat.
12. Changes. The version published at the time of purchase applies.
